Living The Kiwi Dream Referral Campaign Terms & Conditions.  

This offer is being made by AdviceFirst Limited. AdviceFirst is a Financial Advice Provider (FSP23242). AdviceFirst is the trading name of AdviceFirst Limited, a New Zealand registered company.

The promotional period runs between the 1^st April 2024 and the 30^th June 2024.

This promotion is for existing AdviceFirst clients referring new prospective clients to AdviceFirst.  

To be eligible for this promotion your referee:  

• Must have completed their financial review form between the 1^st April 2024 and the 30^th June 2024. 
• Must have had their financial review with an AdviceFirst Financial Adviser before the 30^th June 2024.
• Eligibility for the prize draw will be assessed between 1^st July 2024 and 12^th July 2024. Once eligibility is established and a winner has been drawn at random, the referrer will be contacted via email to receive their prize. 

Additional AdviceFirst refer a friend terms and conditions:  

• There’s no limit as to how many prize draw entries you can claim – as long as your referrals meet the eligibility criteria. 
• This prize is non transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
• Referrals must be made by existing AdviceFirst clients.
• Clients referring a friend for a financial review are responsible for ensuring their referral is recorded, by having their friends/family member sign up using their name in the ‘Referred By’ field, or by mentioning their name when booking a review via hello@advicefirst.co.nz
• The person booking and attending the financial review must nominate who referred them, as the referral benefits are only available to one person. 
• AdviceFirst accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries. 
• AdviceFirst will not make retrospective payments if informed of referrals after the promotional period has ended. 
• Clients who make eligible referrals will be contacted by email. 
• Eligibility is at the sole discretion of AdviceFirst Limited.
• If AdviceFirst determines in its sole discretion that any Eligible Person has failed to comply with these terms and conditions in any way, AdviceFirst may take any action it considers appropriate and exclude them from further participation in this offer or any future promotions AdviceFirst may run.
• AdviceFirst reserves the right to assess the validity of an Eligible Person’s participation in the offer, and to refuse or withdraw any offer without any compensation.
• In respect of any dispute regarding the offer AdviceFirst’s decision is final.
• AdviceFirst, its agents and employees, and any companies related to AdviceFirst, are not liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with this offer and / or any announcements made in connection with the offer.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
