Lydia Bardsley

Lydia leads the finance & business performance function for AdviceFirst ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met. She is passionate about improving client experience through finding ways to bring down the cost to customers while also enhancing our service offering.

Lydia’s background is in Accounting, Acquisitions and Divestments, Process Improvement, Strategy and Performance analysis.     

She is a Chartered Accountant with 7 years of industry experience. Lydia Joined AdviceFirst in 2018 initially working as the Business Improvements Manager. Prior to this Lydia worked in London at Allianz Global Investors as Head of Accounting and Financial Management

In her spare time she enjoys hiking, cooking and spending time with friends and family, especially when there is wine involved.
