As Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager, Andy is committed to upholding the highest standards of advice quality, ensuring compliance, and delivering consistently positive outcomes for our clients.

Andy joined AdviceFirst in 2019, bringing over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Originally from the UK, he now embraces his Kiwi life, enjoying time with his wife and two teenage sons.

When he’s not ensuring we maintain our exceptional standards, Andy can be found coaching young footballers to build their confidence, or cheering on his favourite Premier League team!
