INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness has been shown to reduce workplace stress, anxiety and absenteeism.  Introducing mindfulness to your team has many benefits, alongside your team feeling valued, it can lift mental wellbeing and create a more positive workplace culture and environment.

To support the work we do across workplace wellbeing, we offer three ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ programmes:
1 hour session

OVIO INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS (1 HOUR SESSION)

The Ovio Introduction to Mindfulness session gives your team:

  • An overview of what mindfulness is
  • Highlights the benefits of practicing mindfulness 
  • Mindfulness techniques
  • Personal mindfulness journal for each participant 

With just a one hour commitment, this session will benefit employees at any level within your organisation.  The session provides an oppportunity for your team to relax, revitalise and connect with colleagues whilst learning a powerful life skill to help manage thier stress and emotional reactivity, whilt tapping into their creativity. 

 

 

3 x 1 hour sessions

  • Personal mindfulness journal for each participant to aid reflection on session theory; embedding practices into daily life

3.5 hour retreat session

Mindfulness Facilitator

Having spent her professional career managing and assisting both businesses and employees with workplace issues. Kim found that mindfulness exercises supported her personally as a coping mechanism to ease pressure within the workplace. She then discovered how not only an individual’s personal life but also the wider workplace – can be positively impacted when we have an understanding of our own mindset. Kim is passionate about self-growth, training and facilitation, and loves seeing people develop, becoming their best selves.
