Continuous Performance Management is currently being recognised as the most effective approach to managing performance. This is a major shift from the traditional annual appraisal, driven by process, to more regular ‘check-ins’, allowing real-time feedback. Focusing on employee development and growth, whilst ensuring a top-notch employee experience, is vital to keeping hold of your top performers and achieving performance excellence in this employee-driven market.
To help you embrace this new approach and make your performance management dialogue with your employees more meaningful, our workshop will cover:
- Developing a performance management framework that allows: high-quality discussions, future-focused dialogue and qualitative feedback
- Keeping it simple
- Eliminating performance measurement from performance improvement conversations and feedback
- Basic coaching skills for managers
This is a practical and interactive session with likeminded leaders, managers and business owners, where you’ll have the opportunity to take learnings straight back to the workplace.
