Karla Byrnes

Karla Byrnes is the Head of Brand and Personal Markets at enable.me, leading client acquisition and brand strategy across enable.me, AdviceFirst, and the newly launched moneyfit.me. Since joining enable.me in 2021, Karla has played a key role in the business’s growth, driving marketing, sales, and client experience initiatives.

Following enable.me’s acquisition by AdviceFirst in 2023, Karla was instrumental in integrating the businesses, ensuring a seamless transition for both staff and clients. 

Now, Karla leads the charge in expanding the groups reach through innovative product development and marketing. In early 2024, she helped launched moneyfit.me, a digital financial wellbeing initiative featuring online courses and masterclasses, designed specifically for the NZ market. 

With an extensive background in marketing, operations, and client experience, Karla is known for her strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to execute complex projects. She thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering marketing and sales strategies that drive business growth. 

Outside of work, Karla enjoys spending time with her daughters, exploring New Zealand’s outdoors and staying active, and somehow still finding the time to bake incredible treats for the office.
